I’m so thankful that The River has conferences and camp meetings so people can come and be refreshed.  It’s a lot of work for staff and students but it’s an honor to be able to minister to people, especially during this past ministers’ conference where so many men and women of God came in for a touch from our Father.

After the first couple of days, I was waking up with the theme song playing in my head.  No limits…no boundaries… I thought on that continually while I was getting ready to go to church.  The next day it was in my heart. No matter what was happening that song was rolling around in my spirit.

Near the end of the week, I realized that the God who had no limits and knew no boundaries wants His people to live the same way He does.  In the Lord’s Prayer it says “thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven”.  His will is no limits or boundaries. There are no boundaries in Heaven.  He wants us to have no boundaries on earth.  That’s why seedtime and harvest are so important.  It takes us from the world’s economy and places us in God’s realm.    The church is slow to move in obedience when the Lord tells us to give because so many of us are living in the Babylonian money system.  It has limits.  It has boundaries.  We are afraid to obey because we think that we won’t have enough. Until we are able to step out of finite reality into His glorious unlimited realm, we are doomed to mediocrity and just barely enough.  It’s time to step up into God’s realm and live the way He wants us to live.

The minister’s conference was powerful!  I really got a vision of no limits and no boundaries. Pastor Rodney told us to operate off the commandment of “go ye”, not on invitations.  This opened my eyes because if we are operating like that, we will not be people pleasers and getting off course.  We will be listening and ready.  He said not to operate on what we have, but to operate on God’s orders.  We are vessels being filled up with living water and we must be poured out.  The anointing is not to increase our ministry or make us feel good, it is to set the captives free.

There is a harvest of souls out there waiting for people to come and tell them about Jesus and free them from the bondage of sin.  Listening to the different speakers and all the Lord has done in their ministry helped my faith in believing anything really is possible.  We just need to be able to risk all. Jesus gave us his all.  We are the ones who limit God, he has no limits, all things are possible with him.  I learned that we have to use our mouth to enlarge our territory by keep speaking the vision by faith.

We can’t look at people in the flesh, but see them as God sees them.  God is waiting for people full of faith to go forward in obedience to his word. We have to stay filled with the word, stay in the presence of God and believe if we step into the sea  it will part and God will take us to the other side.  If we really are believing, listening and waiting for our orders, fear has no place and cannot limit us in any way.

I am interning in the outreach department with Pastor Daniel. In the past few weeks that I have begun my internship, I have seen the amazing things that God is doing in the lives of people outside the church on the streets. I have been learning how to run soul winning classes, how to set them up with supplies, and how things run behind the scenes in a major outreach. Our goal is to reach the city of Tampa with the good news of Gospel of Jesus, and it has been an honor for just this short period of time. Interning in the outreach department is more than just soul winning out on the streets, although that is a crucial part of it. There is a lot of back work to do first before that can be accomplished.

I have been learning how to contact pastors to get them onboard with the vision of winning the lost in their community. We call them, follow up with them, and visit their churches to help them establish the ground work. We also work with the bus routes and create fliers for cook outs and Bible studies in each community that we are targeting. It is so amazing to me to see what God is doing in every facet of this department. People are so willing and excited to help in seeing Tampa brought to the Lord, every cook out and Bible study we have, there is an altar call and people come rushing forward to give their hearts to Jesus, to surrender their all to Him. Literally, communities are being changed, crime rates are dropping in this city dramatically, and they are really growing in the things of God as they come to church. God is so faithful to fulfill His Word, Tampa will be saved!!!

Internship, at one time, was nothing more than an inaccessible enigma calling  from the heights of impossibility. But by grace undeserved I was given the opportunity to embark on the beginning of a divine purpose so much larger than myself. Two weeks into this internship I had opportunities to minister the love of Jesus on a weekly basis to a community lost and forgotten. The community name is Sulpher Springs, but my partner and I believe that after the power of God transforms this place it will be like the Rose of Sharyn; like the Lilly of the Valley. On a daily basis I have the privilege of ministering the truths of God’s word to many people both near and far through prayer and communication. We help support  and hold up the hands of the Man and Woman of God continually by endeavoring to walk out the vision divinely imparted to them.

This internship is a dream of mine being realized. I am pouring out of me what the Lord had sown into me even from infancy. I believe that I am walking out not only the call on my life, but putting my hand to the only cause that I have ever given myself too, and the only cause that truly matters. My one desire is that I receive from this the mind of God concerning the rest of the call on my life and the spiritual and practical wisdom to continue to minister not as I will but as he wills. “If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God” Colossians 3:1-3

Went to Glendale community college.  It was on lunch time and students were in cafeteria.  I met this group of 8 students while they were eating.  I sat down with them and shared with them.  5 of them said the prayer with me.  Also bus stop I prayed with a group of young people.

Our group had the awesome opportunity to lead 18 people to Christ.  Many of which prayed the prayer were Spanish speaking.  (Which none of us were) Although it was a bit challenging to communicate we simply asked them to read the card.  We trust that the word read and declared will not return void!  We praise God for multiplication of souls harvested as a result in Jesus’ name!

(the soulwinner is 13 yrs old)A young boy Bill once was saved-rededicated.  A girl Ann-didn’t think she could say prayer but Ashley encouraged her then she prayed.

Our team of six went to a low income trailer park and spoke with 56 people.  36 received Christ.  The testimony is that 99% spoke only Spanish and we had no one on our team that spoke any Spanish.  We used the script in Spanish and followed them with the English side.  They were so grateful and happy.  Wow what a faith builder for our team.
